Reservations

A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due and must be received by Via Yoga 90-days prior to the first day of your retreat. If you make a one-time payment in full 90 days prior the first day of your retreat, you will receive a discount as listed on the Dates & Rates page. Payment can be made by check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express. Prices do not include airfare. You do not need to have your flight booked in order to put a deposit down. However, please confirm availability for a particular week prior to booking your flights.

Room descriptions and package prices are detailed in full under the Dates & Rates page. Room selections are available on a first come first serve basis.
After full payment is received we will send you a packet of information outlining what to bring and additional information to prepare you for your vacation.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due and must be received by Via Yoga 90-days prior to the first day of your retreat. Guests will receive a "90-day pre-payment discount" only if Via Yoga receives a one-time payment in full 90 days prior the first day of your retreat.

You may cancel more than 90 days prior the first day of the retreat and receive a full refund of your deposit less a $250 cancellation fee.

If you cancel 60-90 days prior the first day of the retreat your deposit will be applied towards a future retreat within one year of the date of your cancellation and a $250 re-allocation fee will be applied.

If you cancel 15-59 days prior the first day of the retreat 50% of your deposit will be applied towards a future retreat within one year of the date of your cancellation and you will forfeit the reminder of your deposit.

The ability to re-book expires after one calendar year from your cancellation date and no refund will be made.

If you cancel within 14 days prior the first day of the retreat you will lose your deposit.

There will be no refunds for arriving late or leaving early. There are no exceptions to the above cancellation policies including personal injuries or weather.

If a retreat is cancelled by Via Yoga, all deposits and full payments to date will be refunded in full which constitutes settlement fees. Guests will be allowed to reschedule for a future retreat within one calendar year of the cancellation announcement date by Via Yoga. Via Yoga will not be held responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred in preparation for cancelled retreats including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations or illness. All guests must sign the "Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk" forms prior to arrival. If this form is not signed prior arrival you will not be allowed to participate in the retreat and no refund will be made. We recommend travel cancellation insurance should your travel plans change. Travel insurance can be purchased through your travel agent or you can visit www.Insuremytrip.com or www.worldnomads.com for additional information.

Airline flights

SAYULITA:

You will be booking a flight into the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Please book your flights to arrive in PV on the first listed day of your retreat and fly out of PV on the last listed day of your retreat. Via Yoga shuttles are provided to Sayulita if you arrive to the airport between 12noon and 5pm on the first day of the retreat, so please schedule your flights accordingly. If you are not able to fly in at that time public transportation or taxi to Sayulita is very easy but must be organized and paid for by you.

TODOS SANTOS:

You will fly into San Jose (SJD) International Airport. Please book your flight to arrive in San Jose on the first listed day of your retreat and fly out on the last listed day of your retreat. Upon arrival Via Yoga shuttles are provided from the San Jose airport to Via Yoga at 1:00pm, 3:30pm and 7:00pm. Please schedule your flights accordingly. If you are not arriving during the scheduled shuttle times on the first day of the retreat you will be responsible for your own transportation to Todos Santos.

NOSARA, Costa Rica:

You will fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR). Please book your flight to arrive on the first listed day of your retreat and fly out on the last day of the retreat. On the first day of the retreat we provide two transfers for flight arrivals around the mid-day to earlier afternoon timeframe (12-2:00pm) and early evening (6:00-8:00pm). If you have the option, we recommend booking a flight that arrives around the mid-day timeframe for travel comfort and convenience, to avoid arriving into Nosara in the late evening.

It is approximately a 2.5-hour drive from the Liberia airport to Nosara where the retreat is held. If you are not flying in during the scheduled Via Yoga shuttle times we can arrange a private taxi service for approximately US $120.

*As of January 1, 2007 all U.S. citizens need a valid U.S. passport to travel in and out of the U.S. Your passport MUST have at least 6 months remaining before expiration to be considered valid. Please check with your airline or travel agent if you have additional questions regarding necessary documentation both for you and for minors. These requirements can change without notice.

Via Yoga has partnered with Alaska Airlines to offer a 10% discount on airfare if you choose to fly Alaska Airlines.
