Our Costa Rica Yoga and Surf retreats are held in Manuel Antonio at the Shana Hotel & Spa, an exclusive 27-room boutique hotel. Embracing the culture, beauty, purity and perfection of its natural environment, Shana’s rooms feature a contemporary minimalist white designer décor, creating a relaxing and luxurious ambiance while allowing the exuberant surrounding rain forest to create the perfect natural backdrop during your visit to Costa Rica.

Set upon the hills of Quepos Point, the Shana Hotel & Spa is just a 5-minute walk from Biesanz Beach and a 10-minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park Beach. The hotel features a luxurious outdoor pool with terrace, organic restaurant and full service spa. The exquisitely decorated rooms are fashioned with the comforts of our modern world, and offer beautiful ocean, garden, and jungle views.

Each elegantly decorated, air-conditioned room at Shana Hotel & Spa features a furnished balcony with garden and ocean views. Plasma cable TV, a mini-bar and safe are all included, and the luxurious bathrooms have a Turkish bath and rain shower, bathrobes and slippers.
