Our Costa Rica Yoga and Surf retreats are held at Harmony Hotel in Nosara, Costa Rica on the Pacific Coast. The hotel is ideally situated, just a few minutes stroll along a footpath passing through a nature reserve to the beach and centrally located to stores and restaurants. Harmony is a 24-room boutique hotel and is the first in Costa Rica to be awarded the highest level of the prestigious Certificate for Sustainable Tourism. It is one of the "greenest" operated hotels in the country. It has been written up in numerous publications including being on the cover of Travel & Leisure magazine (November 2007) and in the New York Times travel section. The property has a low-key, classy, beach-elegant ambiance with a restaurant serving delectable, organic food, a juice bar, a swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens and a holistic healing center and spa.
