Join us in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica this April for a yoga, fitness, and surf retreat with just the right combination of work, rest and play! Guests stay at the Shana hotel, an amazing modern oasis in unforgettable Manuel Antonio. Days on this yoga, fitness, and surf retreat will begin with an optional morning meditation, followed by a vigorous yoga class with one of our favorite instructors, Seattle based Julie Andres. After class you will enjoy a hearty breakfast to prepare for an afternoon of surfing, stand up paddle board, Zip-lining, exploring Manuel Antonio’s National Park or pampering yourself with a relaxing massage followed by a good book poolside. The late-afternoon fitness class lead by Mike Hardin is a 60-minute functional beach workout which will focus on strength, aerobic conditioning and agility. Evenings can be spent as a group exploring the extraordinary local cuisine or individually for those who gravitate towards a quieter experience. On this luxurious yoga, fitness, and surf retreat in Costa Rica you can escape the hectic pace of everyday life, relax, hear yourself think, and soak up some well-deserved tropical sun!
