Class Details. . . .
Join Michelle for an invigorating vacation that blends Vinyasa yoga and pilates. Together, we’ll experience how the focused control of pilates and the expanding movements of yoga harmonize and complement one other. In the mornings, we’ll enjoy mindful, lengthening yoga classes rooted in the principles of pilates. And in the afternoons, our classes will focus on the stabilizing and strengthening exercises of pilates, maintaining a yogic attitude. This unique combination of yoga and pilates will leave you feeling toned, balanced and tuned in. Best of all, you'll have plenty of time between classes to relax in a hammock on the beach.
