Don't miss this opportunity for personal growth and exploration with Melina Meza, yoga teacher and nutritionist. A typical morning yoga class with Melina will include a deep flow of postures, pranayama (breath work), and a generous helping of laughter. An avid surfer herself, Melina will include sequences to prepare you to jump on your board. Your evening yoga class will start with a discussion on nutrition, and then Melina will sequence the class to help you unwind the kinks from your surf session. While working towards her degree in nutrition, Melina discovered yoga, and learned about balance, concentration, and relaxation—the essential lessons that she teaches in her classes, at workshops and retreats, and to her private students.
