Class details. . . .
Michelle's daily yoga classes will be in English and Spanish, and you will find that following yoga instructions in Spanish will let the language sink into your cells and take the mind/body connection to a new level. The morning class will be Deep Flow, a combination of Vinyasa flow, Forrest techniques, core work and breath awareness. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, cleansed and alive. Then, after a full day of play and learning, a more restorative afternoon class will ground and center you. Afternoon sessions will begin with Yin Yoga, targeting the hips, pelvis, and lower back/spine, to stretch gently and rehabilitate the connective tissues - the perfect complement to the more rigorous morning session.
Patrick will teach two daily Spanish classes - one for beginners and another for intermediate students. The classes will include practical conversations, readings, and games. He will review grammar and syntax as needed, but the emphasis will be on really using the language. Please bring a Spanish/English dictionary and a notebook; all other materials will be provided.
