Guests will enjoy a hearty breakfast to prepare for an afternoon of surfing, stand up paddle board, Zip-lining, exploring Manuel Antonio's National Park or pampering yourself with a relaxing massage followed by a good book poolside. The afternoon wraps up with a restorative yin-based yoga class, a wonderful way to wind down from the days activities. About Jill
Jill is a self-proclaimed travel junkie. She’s lived in Costa Rica, Mexico, Europe, South America and Taiwan. Jill loves travel for the same reason she loves yoga, they both inspire the ability to shift your perspective, a wonderful tool for dealing with difficult poses, yes, but even more importantly life! Travel and yoga nudge us out of our comfort zones, and by testing our edges both on and off the mat we experience life in a whole new way, with brand new eyes.
Jill received her 200 hour yoga instructor certification with Corepower Yoga in 2009 and later completed her level I training with Baron Baptiste. She has had the opportunity to work with Philip Urso, Stacy Dockins, Bikram Choudery, and Bryan Kest. Borrowing techniques from both Hot and Vinyasa styles of yoga, Jill gravitates toward a dynamic sequence coupled with yin inspired poses for a challenging yet well-rounded practice. Jill resides in Naperville, Illinois where she is an ambassador for Lululemon and teaches at Corepower Yoga, Hot Yoga Naperville, and Family Focus providing yoga to pregnant teens.
