Cindi Lee joins us in beautiful Sayulita for an unforgettable week. As an avid globe trotter, Cindi loves mixing yoga, travel, and culture all into one. Relax. Hear yourself think. Have fun! Challenge your body with yoga and stand up paddle board; focus your mind with meditation, and soak up some well-deserved Mexican sunshine. This week provides the perfect mix of dynamic vinyasa yoga, exhilarating paddle boarding, deep stretching, and Thai Massage. Mornings begin with a vinyasa flow focusing on awakening and strengthening your core, preparing you for the afternoon, paddle boarding on the ocean. The evening class will relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. You will return home feeling stronger, lighter, more open, and rejuvenated. All levels are welcome.

About Cindi

Cindi is a certified yoga instructor who has studied many styles of yoga including Hatha for over a decade. She dedicates her studies to the teachings of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, and Zhander Remete, the founder of Shadow Yoga. Cindy practices weekly with the only two certified Shadow Yoga teachers in Los Angeles, Matt Pesendian and Matt Schwartz. In addition to Shadow Yoga, Cindi practices Taoist yoga, Qi Gong and Thai Massage. Prior to discovering Shadow Yoga, she studied Bikram Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Taoist Yoga.
