Ashley's style of yoga comes from Krishnamacharya lineage and is inspired by Mother Nature and the pulse of the vital life force. Morning and evening classes will create a ritual space for you to step into the flow of life, and the current of creation and gratitude. Your body will open and strengthen. New energy will arise for your days of sun, surf, relaxing or sight seeing. Understanding that your body is a powerful instrument of creation, will allow you to rest with greater peace, ride the waves with fluid power and surrender to the the greatest teacher - the self. About Ashley

Ashley Albrand teaches vinyasa flow yoga, meditation, and many styles of dance throughout Los Angeles, New York and San Fransisco. She is a professional dancer and has been studying movement since the age of five. Ashley is known for her physically challenging classes that stay true to the essence of yoga. Her classes embody strength and spirit, prayer, meditation, the releasing of negative thought patterns and the pranic exchange.
